Remedies To Top Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse JonesWell I'm finally back after a short break last week and now we will move right into our next ridiculous
excuse for not working out. I would have to say that this is my personal favorite and obviously by far the favorite
for so many to use. #4. I can't afford it, Working out is just too expensive "yeah
you heard it right that the very country (USA) notoriously known for overspending on unnecessary purchases, highest debt-to-income
ratio, and a pure all out massively consumer based society has actually stooped so low as to utter the very words, "I
can't afford it". As I always say "people are going spend money on what's most important to them and
that's exactly why barbers, hairstylists, car dealers, retail clothing, and shoe stores are doing so well.
So if you want to see a person go into excuse mode really quick, then just offer them a fitness program where change is required.
In a previous article that I wrote entitled "PAY NOW OR PAY LATER" I pointed out that perhaps the hard earned money
that one may achieve will soon be put to use for medical purposes in attempt to salvage and/or repair what's left of a detoriorated
body and overall health. Lets be really honest here and admit that too many times fitness has been
put on the back burner(for some financial reason) just to have the very same person spend an equal to or larger
amount on something else that adds no value whatsoer to their life. The good thing is that there are many options as
to the type of programs and/or services a person can choose from. So my advice to you is to pick one to
get started ASAP and realize that time is money and money is time and that we cannot afford to waste either of them.

Remdies To The Top Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse JonesNow that we've covered both the #1 and #2 excuses for not working out let's move on to the next
at at #3. But... I have kids. Well let me start off by saying "Oh really Now" and
the rest of this overpopulated world doesn't? As a proud parent of 3 and being a full-time business owner with 20+ regular
clients and a mortgage to pay I could also but would never even dare use such bologna as to why I won't take care of my own
body. If you noticed I didn't say can't, but I said won't because that's what the problem really boils down to in this
instance. The worse part about the "I have Kids" thing is that most people don't even use that would be workout
time to be with their kids anyway, and for those who do (or claim to) dedicate every waking moment to their children, then
I'm sure you're spending time taking them to and/or are watching them be involved in activities with some degree of
physical demand. Well I say join them since the time is going to go by anyway, and especially during those times where
nothing else is vying for your time. Also in the same way we all wish to lead by example for our children to see
and pattern themselves after, then what better way than by Taking care of the one and only body that we've been given to dwell
in on this earth. Remember the last time you took a nap or went to sleep and the world (your kids too) survived without
you? Well your kids and this entire world will do just fine without you (for an Hour) while you go and get a quick workout
in, and as well you'll be able to keep up with them a little easier and for many years to come. So if you have been and/or
are still using this excuse, then let me boldy say "DENIED" and find a new one. Thanks for reading!

Remedies To The Top Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse JonesOk now that we've covered the first excuse for not working out which is being too old, it is time
to move onto the next are you ready? Let's take a close look at #2. I'm just too embarrassed to workout.
In a world where we have often mislabeled fitness minded individuals who are committed to their health and to looking
their absolute best as self-absorbed, conceited, and/or utterly vain, I'd certainly say "Well isn't that the pot calling
the kettle black" and I'll prove it. Many sociological studies of human behavior refers to public embarrassment
as a direct result of ones own negative self-image in which the person with the issue itself devotes an enormous amount
of time to thinking of themselves only and often in most cases to the point of self-absorbance and/or vanity. It's
one thing to overly think of ones own self (positive or negative) but it's an entirely separate story to believe that others
are paying such close attention to them as well, and if others were paying such close attention then wouldn't it make great
sense to give people something more attractive or appealing to look at and in turn creating a healthier self image.
So for today I'm going to let the in shape individuals off the hook and simply say good job while I will tighten the reins
a bit on the not so in shape folks and say "Get over yourself" drop the excuses and get it done. To insure
the proper motivation from the start don't just do it for yourself only but do it also for the loved ones in
your life that you want to be around a while to see, and I guarantee you that then you will have a greater purpose beyond
the selfish reasons that have thus far kept your mind on you and has held you captive as a lifelong prisoner of embarrassment.
