Remedies To The Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse JonesI mentioned yesterday in the top 10 excuses for not working out that I would give my own personal feedback
and/or remedy for each excuse one at time right? Well here we go with excuse #1. I'm too Old to
workout. First let me start by saying Wow! Is that really coming out of the mouths of the vast majority
of todays society? Well as painfully sad as it is I must answer yes so therefore I will handle it promptly with great
resillience and a combination of logic and science. First of all it is a well known fact that giving the body regular
exercise has many benefits in terms of slowing down the aging process by activating the very hormones that keeps one looking
good and feeling younger than their current age. It's no secret among fitness & healthcare professionals that heart
disease has become the most lethal cause of premature death in our society especially among women and has been known to claim
the lives of many as early as in their late 20's and early 30's. There is also another widespread epidemic sparking
major concern as people head into their early 40's, and that would be severe and rapid bone degeneration better known
as Osteoperosis which has been known to be detected as early as the early to mid 30's whereas in the premature phase it's
considered Osteopena. Importantly in both the cases of Heart Disease and Osteoperosis alike, early detection and/or
prevention is advised. Please understand that a lifestyle involving a healthy workout program including resistance
training and cardio both helps to build stronger bone density and fights against any rate of bone degeneration, and as
well a lifestyle of healthy eating and proper nutrition that includes a regular intake of Essential Fatty Acids
(EFA's) play a major role in protecting the heart. Now being proven that regular exercise and a
heart healthy (nutritional) diet is the best method for prevention and/or reversal of such debilitating and life threatening diseases,
then allow me to end this by posing a final question. With exercise and Nutrition being proven as the fundamental essentials
for living a long and healthy life, then perhaps could it be that People really aren't too old to workout but rather
they have just become to old to live? Think About It until next time, Thanks for reading.

Top 10 Excuses For Not Working Out: By Jesse JonesThe day to day life as a personal trainer is a very interesting one in terms of the entertainment we're often
treated to in the form of over-convincing individuals who offer great verbal creativity when defending their reasons
for not working out. Since I personally get the pleasure of hearing them all first hand (and multiple repeats)
I kinda thought that it would be interesting to do about a 2 week series on the top 10 reasons (I mean excuses) and my
remedies for each of them to help destroy the procrastination that they cause. I won't put them in any particular order
as they all deserve to be mentioned as well a rebutted to hopefully put them to their long awaited end. 1. I'm
too Old to workout 2. I'm too embarrassed to workout 3. But....
I have Kids 4. I can't afford it- it's too expensive 5. I'm too tired to workout
6. I have no time to workout 7. It hurts everytime I workout 8. I have too
much stress to even think about working out 9. It's too hot or too cold or it's raining or snowing so I
can't workout 10. Plain and simple I Hate working out- Now I guess
I should say etc... because there are many more than what I listed today but we will deal with those only since they seem
to be the most popular of all the excuses routinely given. Starting tomorrow I will systematically pick apart
each excuse (1 by 1)and give my own personal remedies to hopefully inspire and motivate each individual to destroy and overcome
this terrible self defeating behavior.

Stellar
fitness is personally my lifelong quest and accomplishment and as well I strongly encourage each and every individual
to fully assess themselves to make the necessary changes by taking care of the one and only God given body you have to
dwell in on this earth. We have all been known to make every excuse under the sun as to why we can't find the time and/or
resources to take care of our health, and year after year we continue to make useless resolutions that last all of about a
half-month before they become completely abandoned as we return to our old ways. The only surefire way of overcoming
this never ending cycle is to finally face the facts that we only live once and that the time is going to pass by each day
no matter what we decide, so we may as well take it step by step and set attainable goals that will allow us to tackle this
lifestlye with a more logical and practical approach. In the coming days, months, and years I will dedicate my online
fitness blog to educating, encouraging, and motivating you all to becoming the very best you that you can be regardless of
your background and/or self-imposed beliefs and limitations. So whether you are a professional athlete-weekend warior
type-home maker-or Joe the Plumber I guarantee that you will be inspired by the insight and expertise on the various
health and fitness matters that will be discussed throughout. As I end this for the night I challenge you to be honest,
drop the excuses, and take a good look in the mirror as I proudly introduce the basis and/or theme of this entire blog
as the "No Resolutions Just Real Solutions" series on health and fitnes by Jesse Jones.
